Burn ban issued for Trail Creek area
Power County Commissioners have ordered a burn ban in the Trail Creek area.
Trail Creek is on the eastern side of Power County where it borders with Bannock County. (see map here)
The ban came from the suggestion of Power Co. Sheriff Jim Jeffries.
Bannock County already has a burn ban on their side, he said.
The sheriff said they have seen a lot of parties and wood burning in the area recently.
