The Idaho Falls Police Department is investigating an armed robbery Friday.

In a news release, department spokeswoman Joelyn Hansen said a man wearing a green and white hoodie and blue plaid pajamas threatened an employee of Video Mexico on Lincoln Road with a gun around 3 p.m. Friday. The release said a customer in the store was also threatened.

The gunman got away with money and jewelry. He was last seen being picked up by someone driving a white quad-cab Duramax pickup truck.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the IFPD at 529‐1200 or Crimestoppers at 522‐1983. Callers should reference case number 2017‐00684.
