Blackfoot man arrested for lewd conduct and sexual battery of a minor
The Bingham County Sheriff’s office says they have arrested a Blackfoot man for lewd conduct and sexual battery of a minor.
The Bingham County / Blackfoot Detective Division arrested 40-year-old Dustin Davis Thursday for five counts of lewd and lascivious conduct and two counts of sexual battery of a minor. Davis was arrested on a warrant for the charge and was booked into the Bingham County Jail with a $50,000 bond.
The investigation has been ongoing for several months and ended with the arrest of Davis and subsequent search warrant of his residence.
