The lack of sunshine will keep temps on the chilly side. Thursday, A 20 percent chance of snow especially over the Southern and Caribou Highlands. Overcast, with a high near 19°. Areas of freezing fog possible. West southwest wind around 5-10mph. Tonight, mostly cloudy skies with freezing fog for some valleys. Lows into the single digits. Few flurries are possible. Friday, Patchy freezing fog before noon. Partly sunny, with a high near 17°. Saturday and Sunday, mostly cloudy with a few glimpes of sunshine here and there. Light winds around 5-10 mph., with highs into the lower 20’s in the Snake River Plain.
