Pocatello Police investigate stabbing in Wendy’s parking lot

Pocatello Police are investigating a stabbing that occurred Thursday morning in the Wendy’s parking lot in Pocatello.

Pocatello Police say that they have arrested 54-year-old Thomas Landers in connection to the stabbing.

According to police reports, officers responding to reports of a disturbance around 8:30 a.m. Thursday at the Wendy’s restaurant at 929 Yellowstone.Police say Landers stabbed another man after a disagreement between him and the victim. The victim was stabbed once in his left chest area. He was transported to Portneuf Medical Center for treatment. No details are available on his current condition. The victim’s name has not been released at this time.

Pocatello Police say the investigation of the crime is still ongoing.
