Update: Students return to Bonneville High School after evacuation
UPDATE: 1:05 pm 2/8/17
Students at Bonneville High School students are now back to class in their own building.
According to district spokesman, Phil Campbell, the cause of the smoke was determined to be a heater in the ceiling of the E-wing of the school. No visible flames were ever seen. The evacuation was precautionary as administrators moved students to nearby Rocky Mountain Middle School. But with the ‘all clear’, students have returned and normal classes have resumed.
