Update: Bannock County inmate who walked away back in custody
Update 2-9-2017 10:25 am: The Bannock County Sheriff’s office says Ralyn Deann Piper is back in custody. Piper was turned in by family members at about 10 a.m. Thursday morning.
Original Story: The Bannock County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Ralyn Deann Piper who walked away from the jail Monday afternoon around 3:40 p.m. while on trustee duty.
Piper is also suspected of stealing a silver 2012 Toyota Corolla from the parking lot with license plate 1O17992.
