Family looking for answers after finding arrow in cat
A Rexburg family wants answers after finding their cat with an arrow through its leg Tuesday night.
“We were putting the kids to bed, our cat was in the garage, and my husband found him with an arrow through his leg,” Laurie Hardy told KIFI Local News 8/KIDK Eywitness News.
According to the family, the arrow went through one of the cat’s legs and missed the stomach, going through to the other leg.
The family filed a police report with the Rexburg Police Department, and an investigation is underway. In the meantime the family wants to find out who shot the arrow, “you can tell by the way it was shot that it was not accidental,” said Hardy, whose husband is a hunter.
