Weather update for March 19 and 20th
Rain showers are moving in this weekend.
A chance of thunderstorms on Sunday. As a result, lowland snowmelt flooding will continue across parts of Southeast Idaho through the weekend. Watch for water across roadways, especially near creeks, streams and low spots in the terrain. Don’t drive into flooded roadways – the road may be damaged!
On Monday, expect rain showers. Tuesday, strong SW flows remain in place as a fairly significant sure of moisture and resultant rain beings to spread across the Sawtooths/Central mountains and eventually across the remainder of the SE Idaho as we head later into Tuesday and Wednesday.
