Charges filed in connection with Bitterroot fire

A Pocatello man will face first-degree arson charges in connection with the Bitterroot fire in Pocatello July 13.

John Woods is accused of lighting off fireworks that destroyed one home and damaged another.

Bannock County Prosecutor Stephen Herzog said Woods could face a maximum of 25 years in jail and a $100,000 fine.
