Crash ties up Woodruff traffic in Idaho Falls

Idaho Falls Police are investigating a two-car crash shortly after 11 a.m. Wednesday on Woodruff Avenue near the Winco grocery store. According to police, a van T-boned a Subaru at the intersection. There were no serious injuries.
