Idaho Falls woman dies on I-15

Idaho State Police are investigating the death of a pedestrian on Interstate 15. The victim is an Idaho Falls woman, but her identity was not released. Troopers were called to the northbound lane of the interstate at milepost 117 at approximately 12:51 a.m. to investigate a vehicle versus pedestrian crash. The northbound lanes were blocked for about 3 hours. Further information about the incident is not being released.
