Police identify Idaho man who died in car-tractor collision
Idaho police have identified a man who was killed when his car collided with a John Deere Tractor pulling a beet harvester.
Idaho State Police say 68-year-old Twin Falls resident Charles Stein died on Friday while being taken from the scene to the hospital.
Police say Stein failed to yield for a flagger and collided with the harvester on a highway about 10 miles south of Shoshone. The highway was closed for about four hours after the collision.
KMVT-TV reports Stein’s family has been notified. The tractor’s driver did not require medical attention at a hospital.
