ORIGINAL:

Snow is causing tree-related power outages in the Idaho Falls service territory Saturday morning.

The city of Idaho Falls said there aren’t any large outages but rather random individual outages scattered throughout the city.

According to officials, these outages take longer to restore as crews have to visit each site to restore power.

Crews will probably be working on restoration most of today, the city reports.

Officials ask you be aware of any trees on lines and/or downed lines and stay clear of them.

You can call 208-612-8430 to confirm your address is on the restore list.
