Garbage truck strikes car in Idaho Falls
An Idaho Falls City garbage truck was involved in a crash with a red Mazda at the corner of Holmes Avenue and Lomax Street in Idaho Falls around 7 a.m. Tuesday.
The garbage truck was traveling south on Holmes when it struck a Mazda that was westbound on Lomax.
The garbage truck pushed the car and pinned it against a utility pole.
The driver of the Mazda suffered minor injuries but was not transported to the hospital.
It is unclear if any charges were filed against either driver.
