Teton County 9-1-1 experiences interruptions

The Teton County, Wyoming Sheriff’s Department is reporting technical issues with the 9-1-1 system serving Teton County and Bondurant, Wyoming.

Some calls are being dropped and caller information is not being relayed into the Dispatch Center.

Technicians are currently looking into the problem.

In the interim, anyone with an emergency who cannot make a successful voice call to 9-1-1 can try the Dispatch Center administration line at 307-733-2331 or may try texting 9-1-1.

If an emergency call gets dropped, the dispatcher may not have a call-back phone number for you.

Teton County dispatch covers all of Teton County, Wyoming with the exception of Yellowstone National Park. The problem also impacts Bondurant, Wyoming in Sublette County, which is covered by Teton County Sheriff’s Office dispatch.
