Pocatello/Chubbuck school district “patriotic extravaganza”

Friday night, Holt Arena in Pocatello was filled with more than football games and cheers. It was filled with the sounds of marching bands.

Most high schools and middle schools with the Pocatello/Chubbuck school district came together to perform a “Patriotic Extravaganza” at the halftime show at the Hillcrest vs. Highland football game.

The extravaganza was in honor of all servicemen and women. It honored those currently serving and those who lost their lives fighting for our country. They also brought local veterans on the field to be honored.

Bands, cheer squads and drill teams from local schools all came together to put on a show. Local law enforcement also gave a salute.
