Construction underway on Exit 47 at McCammon

Construction crews will begin work Tuesday on the southbound off-ramp of Interstate 15 at Exit 47, Merrill Road, at McCammon.

ITD is intermittently closing the exit for a few hours at a time as contractors begin to lay asphalt in the area. It will be closed temporarily to allow asphalt to cure properly.

Drivers are advised to use Exit 44, Jensen Road, and follow detour signs during construction.

Traffic will resume in single-lane, two-way construction
