An area of low pressure is moving off to our southeast, leaving just a few scattered thunderstorms in today’s forecast for Wyoming and far eastern Idaho. We’ll see dry and sunny conditions for Wednesday, before a storm system sweeps into the region by late Thursday. Look for dropping temperatures, scattered showers and gusty winds for Friday and Saturday.
Tuesday: Highs into the upper 70’s and lower 80’s. Southwest winds 15-25 mph. A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon along Idaho’s Eastern border.
Wednesday: Sunny and breezy with highs near 80.
Thursday: Chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon. Highs close to 80.
Friday: A chance of showers and thunderstorms. Highs into the mid 60’s Chance of precipitation is 40%.
