Herbert, Chargers set to test Browns’ surging defense

Herbert will have to keep playing at a high level against the Cleveland Browns, winners of three straight behind a defense that has allowed 20 points in the past 10 quarters. Browns defensive end Myles Garrett leads the NFL with six sacks.
