SAN ANTONIO — Led by Jacob Germany’s 15 points, the UTSA Roadrunners defeated the Incarnate Word Cardinals 68-62 on Monday night. The Roadrunners improved to 5-3 with the victory and the Cardinals fell to 4-4.
