Tracking heat and storm chances

Mostly cloudy then becoming partly sunny and hot with a high of 91.  Chances of storms roaming into the day will create gusty winds and you may be affected by outflow winds.  Wet and dry thunderstorms push their way into the days ahead before another front clears and sets us up under a major dome of heat. We hit 95 yesterday in Idaho Falls, and we return to those upper 90s by weekend, possibly hotter.
