Tracking a major heatwave and sizzling summer storm chances

Increasing clouds and high of 93 today.  chance of showers later winds up to 18 mph gusts. 

53 tonight with a break and a bright start to Thursday and warming up to the upper 90s by the end of the week. First Alert weather days on Saturday and Sunday with highs at 100 or above.  Average high is 85 this time of year.  Hot trend continues, take care of people and pets and property.  No foreseeable precipitation of any great amount anytime soon. July monsoon may bring chances of showers but the result in extreme drought conditions continues.
