Rigby takes control early for 73-56 season-opening win against Idaho Falls

RIGBY, Idaho (KIFI) - The Rigby Trojans are off and running in the new boys basketball season, as the Trojans took care of business against the Idaho Falls Tigers 73-56 Wednesday.

Rigby jumped out in front early on with baskets from Jace Walker and Royce Castle to get things started.

Then, the Trojans continued adding to the lead, eventually winning by 17 points.

Next up, Rigby travels west to face Centennial Friday at 7:30 p.m., while Idaho Falls takes on Madison in Rexburg Tuesday, also at 7:30 p.m.
