Winter Weather Advisory issued April 2 at 4:02AM MDT until April 3 at 12:00PM MDT by NWS Pocatello ID

* WHAT…Snow expected. Total storm snow accumulations of 4 to 6
inches around 6500 ft, namely around Island Park. Above 6500 ft, 8
-16 inches of snow is expected. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…Big Hole Mountains, Centennial Mountains – Island Park,
Bear River Range, and Caribou Range.

* WHEN…Until noon MDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday morning and evening commutes.
Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
Slow down and use caution while traveling. Call 5 1 1 or visit
511.idaho.gov for the latest road conditions.
