Eight local basketball players named Idaho All-Stars, with four named as alternates

COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho (KIFI) - Monday afternoon, multiple local players were named Idaho All-Stars as the selections were announced for the 19th annual statewide all-star basketball games, which will be held at North Idaho College Mar. 12.

On the boys side, Hillcrest's Cooper Kesler, Madison's Logan Crane and North Fremont's Jordan Lenz were named all-stars, while Ririe's Landon Johnson, Rigby's Sam Kunz and North Gem's Bridger Hatch were named alternates.

On the girls side, Blackfoot's Hadley Humpherys and Izzy Arave, Aberdeen's Ellie Watson, Butte County's Kiya McAffee and Sugar-Salem's Hailey Harris were named all-stars, while Hillcrest's Macy Larsen was named an alternate.

The girls all-star game tips off at 1:00 p.m. PT while the boys all-star game starts at 3:30 p.m. PT. The statewide all-star basketball games are seniors-only events.
