Rigby Girls Basketball trounces Thunder Ridge to advance to state semifinals

NAMPA, Idaho (KIFI) - In the fourth meeting of the season between the Rigby Trojans and Thunder Ridge Titans, Rigby dominates in a 62-47 win to advance to the state semifinals.

The Titans started the game on a 5-0 run, but soon thereafter, the Trojans capped the first quarter with an 11-0 run.

Rigby kept pulling away for the 15-point victory.

Next up in the state tournament, Rigby battles Timberline in the semifinals Friday at 7:00 p.m. while Thunder Ridge faces Borah at 2:00 p.m.
