Propane flaring underway in Jackson

People living in Jackson can expect to see flaring of a propane truck at Amerigas on High School Road until about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Teton County Fire Marshal Kathy Clay said the public could expect to see flames and smoke in the area.

There is no emergency situation at the facility.

The flaring is being done as part of recovery operations under the direction of propane technicians and Jackson Hole Fire/EMS.
