Fire destroys Dubois mobile home
Fire destroyed a mobile home in Dubois Sunday.
Clark County Sheriff Bart May said deputies and firefighters were called to the home at approximately 9:12 p.m. The Ruben Martinez-Hernandez family was in Mexico for the holidays, so the home was vacant at the time of the fire.
Investigators said the trailer was a total loss. The fire was caused by an electrical problem in the kitchen area.
Firefighters controlled the fire before it affected other trailers parked around it.
May said the Martinez family has not returned from Mexico and will be in need of household items since they lost all of their belongings in the fire.
