Two arrested for delivery during traffic stop

The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Keri A. McCormack and Destiny Babineau on multiple charges including delivery of a controlled substance.

The pair were arrested as part of a traffic stop during a Fremont County Sheriff’s office narcotics investigation. Deputies stopped the vehicle at 343 Highway 20.

26-year-old Keri A. McCormack, of Idaho Falls, was arrested for delivery of a felony controlled substance, marijuana, felony conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, felony possession of a controlled substance-prescription medication, and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

22-year-old Destiny M. Babineau, also of Idaho Falls, was arrested for felony delivery of controlled substance, marijuana, and felony delivery of controlled substance, hashish.

Bond has been set at $40,000 for Babineau and $25,000 for McCormack.

No further information is available at this time as this is an ongoing investigation.
