Final day of Spring Fair 2016

If you like shopping around under one roof with many choices, Saturday was the final day of the 2016 Spring Fair. It happens once every Spring inside Holt Arena in Pocatello.

You can shop til’ you drop and don’t stop. There are many goodies to be found at the fair for people of all ages, with over 200 venders to choose from.

“Working tools, try to stay away from that,” said Richard Brown, Pocatello attendee at the fair. He says it was hard not to buy everything.

Brown has been coming out every year to find whatever he might need for around the house. And just like everyone, he says the fair has got it all – Even the hot tub that was behind him.

“Yeah, it’ll look good on my deck I guess.”

Even wine furniture for the wine drinkers, anything and everything you could think of.

“This is a cut wine bottle. We cut the wine bottles, and we do a stemmed wine glass, or we do a drinking wine glass,” said Leslie Stoffal, from the Idaho Creations and Wine Barrel Furniture Company.

All kinds of foods were present at the fair, including tempting sweets and chocolates sold by the Fudge A Little Candy Company, out of Missoula, MT.

“Well we got liquorish imported from australia. We have our brittles and fudges and pecan rolls and an assortment of milk chocolates and dark chocolates. And the recipes have been in the family for over 100 years. So we use just the real ingredients. There’s no fillers in it,” said Debbie Veal, Fudge A Little Candy Company.

Thousands of people were expected this weekend at the fair, as it closed Saturday and will be back next Spring.
