Rigby downs Highland in 5A district tournament

RIGBY, Idaho (KIFI/KIDK) - Top seed Rigby beat four seed Highland 52-36 in the 5A District 5/6 tournament Tuesday. The Trojans outscored the Rams in every quarter on route to the 16 point victory.

Rigby hosts second seed Madison on Thursday. The winner earns a spot in the district championship game.

Highland travels to Thunder Ridge on Thursday in an elimination game.
