ISU students make girl’s dream come true

Students at Idaho State University’s School of Business are helping to fulfill the dream of a sick little girl.

On Thursday night, students were at the Golden Corral in Pocatello raising money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. They were helping Skylar, a local girl suffering from a disease attacking her bones and organs.

Her wish is to meet real-life Disney princesses and go to Disneyworld.

The professor for the class, Alex Bolinger, said it’s important these future business leaders learn more than just money-making concepts.

“But rather, it’s about contributing to the community,” he said. “And the successful businesses in our community are the ones that are able to give back.”

If you wish to donate, you can send checks for the Make-A-Wish Challenge to Bolinger at the ISU College of Business.
