911 Hang-Up Call Leads To Man Being Charged With Growing Pot

A 911 hang-up call ended with Bonneville County Sheriff’s deputies confiscating 18 marijuana plants and arresting the occupant of an alleged grow house last night.

Police arrived to 820 N. Contor Ave. in the Fallsbrook mobile home park after receiving a 911 call from the house around 10 p.m..

When they arrived, deputies found a woman holding a baby. Deputies did not say who made the 911 call.

They asked to search the house. They said they found a room with heat lamps, topsoil scattered across the floor, and marijuana-growing paraphernalia.

Authorities said 29-year-old Jose Saucedo-Figueroa had pulled up 18 marijuana plants, thrown them in a black garbage bag and stuffed it in the back of an SUV near the house.

Saucedo-Figueroa was arrested on a charge of felony manufacturing.
