Ex-ISU Football Player Pleads Not Guilty To Controlled Substance Charges

Former ISU football player Austin Schnizler pleaded not guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver in 6th District Court in Pocatello on Monday.

Schnizler was among four players dismissed by the university for violating the Idaho State Athletic Department Code of Policy.

Schnizler posted a $10,000 bail. Judge Stephen S. Dunn ordered him to appear in Drug Court on April 30.
