Ron Paul To Visit Idaho Falls

The Idaho Republican caucuses are now only a day away.

Since a Republican candidate is still undecided those still in the running are eying Idaho and its 32 delegates.

Ron Paul is coming to Idaho Falls Monday night trying to win over Idahoans.

With candidates battling over the state’s voters say they enjoy the attention.

“It makes a big difference,? Kris Knowles said. ?Before I was kind of apathetic but now with them here, and acting like we mean something, it means something to us.”

Some voters have yet to make up their mind.

“I think it’s great that candidates recognize we are important,? Jeff Woodard said. ?It just kind of puts us on the map.”

Mitt Romney brought out thousands to Skyline High School last Thursday.

Now Ron Paul hopes for the same support at the Civic Auditorium.

“Ron Paul has a pretty significant possibility of winning Idaho,” rally coordinator Tim Urling said.

Tim Urling has been a Ron Paul supporter for more than 15 years.

Urling says Idahoans will find Paul is the strongest candidate in the race.

“It’s going to be an experience you won’t forget,? Urling said. ?There is electricity in the air, the enthusiasm in the crowd is unmatched and its beyond anything you can describe is my experience.?

This is Paul’s third event in Idaho Monday.

Earlier Paul held rallies in both Sand Point and Moscow.

Paul will spend super Tuesday addressing voters at the Nampa Civic Center in the afternoon.

The Idaho Falls rally begins at seven. Doors open at five.

You can watch the rally on 8.4 or Cableone channel 20.
