Police: Man Pulled Knife, Demanded Cigarette Money

An Idaho Falls man was arrested after police said he pulled a knife on a man and demanded money.

According to police, Terry Grant Smith, 54, came to the alleged victim?s residence on Sunday morning and demanded money for cigarettes. When he was refused, Smith picked up a paring knife from the kitchen counter and threatened the other man, police said.

The man gave Smith the money, and Smith left.

After officers were called, they arrested Smith at a convenience store on West Elva.
