Blackfoot man arrested in deadly crash
A Blackfoot man will likely face a manslaughter charge following the death of another Blackfoot man in a crash Thursday night.
Blackfoot Police said Brent J. Hansen, 36, died when his motorcycle collided with a vehicle driven by Kenny C. Struhs. A 6-year-old girl riding with Hansen was transported to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash. Her condition was not available.
Police said Friday morning that Struhs is accused of vehicular manslaughter and leaving the scene of a deadly accident. The case has been submitted to the Bingham County Prosecutor’s Office for formal charges.
