Woman charged after early-morning gunshot
An early-morning gunshot resulted in a court date for a Pocatello woman.Pocatello police say Jamie Kowalski appeared to be intoxicated while she was showing off a loaded weapon and fired it inside her apartment at around 4 am Monday.
According to police the bullet went through her apartment wall, continued across the hallway and into the exterior wall of the building. No one was hurt.
Kowalski was issued two misdemeanor citations and released on her promise to appear in court.
