Evacuation levels in Mustang Complex Fire change

Evacuation orders have changed in the Mustang Complex Fire.

Lemhi County Sheriff Lynn Bowerman announced that the following locations have changed from a Level 2 to Level 1 evacuation as of noon Thursday. As a precaution, those with special needs, as well as residents with mobile property and (under certain circumstances) pets and livestock, are further warned against reoccupying the evacuation area.

Indian Creek Sage Creek Highway 93 corridor from North Fork to Quartz Creek just north of Gibbonsville, including Ditch Creek, Hughes Creek and Hull Creek.

The Highway 93 corridor from Quartz Creek to mile post 345.5 remains at a Level 1 evacuation.

The blaze is burning 332,301 acres in area of the Salmon-Challis National Forest. It is 20 percent contained.
