Police: Man uses bottle to attack woman
A Pocatello man is facing a string of charges for allegedly striking a woman several times on the head with a glass bottle.
Witness said John Guinn, 31, tried to kick in the door of a mobile home, then used the bottle to attack the woman.
Guinn was arrested on charges of trespassing, resisting and obstructing, and aggravated battery. He also faces two citations for malicious injury to property and another for littering, after the police said he threw the remains of the bottle into the street.
The extent of the woman’s injuries haven’t been released.
