Police: Man inappropriately touches young child
Police arrested an Idaho Falls man after they said he inappropriately touched a 5-year-old child.
Steven Bodkin, 36, was arrested on charges of lewd and lascivious conduct and statutory rape Saturday night following an investigation.
He was also arrested on a felony failure to appear warrant for indecency with a child out of Texas.
Officers began investigating the incident Saturday night after the child’s mother reported to police what the child told her about Bodkin. The incidents allegedly occurred on several occasions.
