Two hospitalized in I-15 rollover
Two people were hospitalized Wednesday morning after a van crashed on Interstate 15 near West Colorado Avenue in Idaho Falls.
Idaho State Police said Kristi Brown, 41, of Rexburg, was traveling south on the interstate when the white 2003 Kia Sedona veered to the left and she overcorrected, crossing both lanes of southbound traffic and left the roadway on the right shoulder. The van rolled through the fence and came to rest on a frontage road.
They said the van went off the highway and rolled twice.
Brown and her passenger, Joseph Brown, 39, were transported to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center with injuries that were not life-threatening.
A portion of Colorado Avenue was blocked until crash debris could be cleared.
