Cow cutting highlights day two of Rodeo State competition

Competitors performed in front of a packed house at the Bannock County Fairgrounds as the first two rounds of the Cow Cutting competition took place Sunday afternoon. The final two rounds and awards will take place 9 AM on Monday.
