Woman struck by pickup
A 42-year-old Idaho Falls woman was transported to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center Thursday night with possible internal injuries. Idaho Falls Police said Rebecca Read was struck by a 1995 Ford Ranger pickup while walking in the 1000 block of Elmore Avenue at 11:42 p.m. Thursday.
A 16 year old male juvenile was arrested for aggravated DUI. Police said he was also cited for no driver’s license and underage consumption of alcohol. The boy was booked into 3B Detention Center.
