Three people injured after stabbing in Roberts
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office says three people are injured after a stabbing in Roberts Saturday.
Deputies say two juveniles from Bonneville County attending a quinceanera started fighting and a 17-year-old stabbed a 16-year-old. It happened a little before 4 p.m. Saturday on 600 North 2300 East.
The two juveniles left the scene before deputies arrived. Bonneville County sheriff’s deputies and Idaho State Police officers helped locate the suspect near Lewisville Highway in Bonneville County.
The victim and two others injured were taken to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. The suspect is being charged with aggravated battery. The investigation is ongoing.
