National Rodeo Day 2 Update

Day 2 of the National High School Rodeo saw several Idaho Cowboys and Cowgirls moving into the leads for several events. Garrett Smith ended the day tied for third in the overall standings. The Rodeo runs through the week in Rock Springs.
