$1M lottery ticket sold in Bonneville County

A Powerball ticket worth $1 million was sold in Bonneville County, the Idaho Lottery announced Thursday morning.

The Idaho Lottery did not specify the location of where the ticket was sold, but said the winning numbers were 09, 29, 40, 44, 54 and the Powerball was 07.

“We are encouraging everyone who played Powerball forlast night’s draw to check their tickets carefully,” said Jeff Anderson, Idaho Lottery director. “Too often we see players not match the Powerball and think they do not have a winning ticket. In this case, the ticket matched all five of the first numbers and is worth $1 million.

A $1 million Powerball winning ticket from Bonneville County inMarch 2010went unclaimed after 180 days.

Including the $1 million ticket, there were nearly 4,800 winning Powerball tickets in Idaho from Wednesday night’s draw.

With no jackpot winner, the estimated jackpot forSaturdaynight is now $196 million, the Idaho Lottery said.
