Missing Shelley man found

A man with dementia has been found, Shelley police said Thursday.

David Ray Fitch, 64, was found safely on the Snake River near Shelley by a Bingham County Search and Rescue boat unit, police said.

Before he was found, Fitch had last been seen at his Shelley home around 2 a.m.
