Local singer speaks against bullying

Students in Idaho Falls got a lesson on the seriousness of bullying Wednesday. Country singer Morgan Frazier spoke against bullying at Taylorview and Eagle Rock middle schools.

Frazier talked to students about her experiences with bullying, which she said inspired her new single “Hey Bully.” She said she wants to reach kids that may be at risk.

“You know, it hurts my heart to see these young people saying, ‘This is my only way out of this, to end my life.’ That’s a really scary thing. So I just really wanted to write this song because it is something that I could relate to; Something that I hope will help someone who is going through this problem,” said Frazier.

Frazier said she hopes her song will be the new anti-bully Idahonthem.
